Cell Site Refresh - nationwide site upgrade accomplished over 4 months requiring site evaluation, NOC integration and equipment installation. The client upgraded technology to allow for increased bandwidth and stability across the network. The successful completion of this project allowed for greater revenue, wider capability and increased efficiency in routing phone and internet traffic network wide.
